Conflict Materials
In July of 2010, President Obama signed into law The Dodd-Frank Act requiring all manufacturing companies publicly traded to report annually to The United States Securities and Exchange Commission whether the products they manufacture contain a conflict mineral (tin, tantalum, gold or tungsten) that originated from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country.
As a privately held company not registered with the SEC, System 22, Inc. is not subject to the SEC’s jurisdiction or required to comply with the Conflict Minerals Rule.
However, many of our customers must comply with this law and System 22, Inc. will support them in their efforts to comply with this ruling.
System 22, Inc. does not use any conflict minerals in the production of any of its products. We have had our material suppliers certify that they also comply with this law.
