2507 Super Duplex (UNS S32750) is a super duplex stainless steel designed for exceptionally demanding applications. It combines the high strength of ferritic stainless steels with the outstanding corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels, delivering performance beyond standard duplex (2205) alloys.
With 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum, 2507 is engineered to withstand severe chloride-rich environments, including seawater, offshore oil and gas systems, and chemical processing plants. Its unique structure offers both high mechanical strength and superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
